Telcel Internet access

Up until a couple months ago, Telcel would give you 1MB Internet access with each peso of airtime you bought. So, 200 pesos airtime would get you 200MB Internet.
But the last couple times I recharged I only got 1MB for a 200 peso purchase.
Anybody know how to buy Internet megabytes with Telcel?
Ideally using the minutes I already have on my phone

I must use Banda Ancha since there are no phone lines here. The rates given are for the SIM card used with that USB item. It is the same SIM as a phone. I have gone over my phone MB on ocasion and can stil use the unit with my phone time but it is not cheap to do so. My question is, can MB time be bought usisng your phone SIM and does it run out in the same manner?

I ended up buying a TelCel plan, since my "smart" phone used too many Internet minutes. I was left with lots of phone minutes but unable to use Google Translate or Maps when out and about. I think the plans are the focus now; maybe that's why the fewer Internet minutes.
