What is the fastest internet speed available lakeside? Does it vary from town to town? About how much does it cost on a monthly basis? Thanks.

I've got download 89 mp with upload 42 onr Lagunanet or Lagunamex, whatever it's called. I have no idea how that compares. I'm in Riberas on WIFI.

Using TelMex Prodigy, I get 1.75 Mb/s download and 0.31 Mb/s upload. I have their "Paquete Acerques" at a total cost of $599 MXN. That includes:
