Telcel internet

I contracted service 2 weeks ago. Installer came. Set up modum. I had internet for 3 hours. Called in problem. Two people have called, same story. I still do not have phone or internet.....any suggestions.....

Do you mean Telmex or Telcel. Telcel is cell phone type internet (3g,4g etc). If Telmex walk to the office in Ajijic and file a trouble call. They speak English.

Report was made 10 days ago. Office in Ajijic gave me new modem.still same problem. Tec's have called twice...still no results.

Whenever I have problems I see the man at the desk with curly hair, sorry can't remember his name. He is a problem solver! Speaks English if needed, nice guy too. At any rate, you do need to go back and complain about your service there. Suerte. Bring the work order number(s) with you.

Thank you all. The proper repair connections have been made. Installer connected to dead port. It took them 7 days to figure it out.
