Need new tires....where?

Our old car needs new tires (or even "semi-new"). We only use it for for plowing around locally. Has US plates and could become illegal very soon, so don't want to spend a fortune. Planned on getting tires up on the Libramiento but they are no longer in business. Anybody have a recommendation on where to get some tires at a reasonable price?

a few years ago i got a used tire for my spare at ricardos in jocotepec which is on the bus route just past mary's bakery. try a mechanic you know and trust for used. new, the goodyear south of soriana at pepe guisar.

Fuentes has two outlet; in the Pemex on the Caraterra in Ajijic and on Madera in Chapala. They have an excellent reputation. Costco is an option too.
