EL JARDIN de NINETTE Restaurant Review

Seven of us from our Bi Monthly Dinner group ate at El Jardin de Ninette restaurant tonight. The first thing brought to the table are their mint drinks with crushed ice. Very refreshing and no charge for the first one. They they brought very warm bread with a plate of softened butter. Best bread I've had in any restaurant here. Then they took our drink orders.

We sat for awhile and talked, then ordered our food. Two people ordered the coffee crusted Pork Chops over mashed potato, one ordered Lamb with mashed potato (195 pesos), one ordered honey mustard Salmon that came with a small salad on the plate. One ordered Rib Eye steak that came with lots of veggies, two ordered the Shrimp Kabobs with prosciutto and seasonal fruits. There are 3 skewers with 3 shrimps each, prosciutto and an apple slice on the skewer. The seasonal fruits (zuchinni, carrots, peppers and red onions) are at the bottom under the shrimp (105 pesos).

We all had good meals, good portions and highly recommend El Jardin de Ninette restaurant.

My neighbor was up visiting this AM. She said the Lamb was absolutely delicious. A good sized piece.

Have to agree, we ate there last night and everyone had a good experience. I ordered the sea bass with bearnaise sauce which was excellent and for starters the zucchini, tomato, and two cheese appetizer. For nine people that's gotta be some kind of record, no unhappy campers.
