Are there cabs available to take us to Ajijic if we arrive at 11:00 PM?

Always taxis, sometimes longer waits if a lot of flights arrive at same time.

We arrived very late after midnight April. Plenty of cabs. Fare to La Floresta area was 480 pesos for that time of night. Can pay with a credit card.

About $480 pesos. You purchase a ticket at the taxi kiosk just over to the right hand side after you get your luggage.

Yes. The taxi stand international arrivals is right after you exit baggage claim. You pay and they give you a paper and outside there are taxi helpers asking if you need a taxi and they get a guy for you to go in. Just tell the driver Ajijic. They don’t speak English and usually don’t know Ajijic area so it’s hand language or you can write him a street address and he can put it in his gps. You may have to help guide this turn or that turn when you get into Ajijic area. If you know some simple Spanish you’ll be fine. If coming in domestic arrivals there should be a taxi kiosk in that area also.
