Just heard a friend who I saw last week who has a cold, got tested & is positive..  Statistics require testing & I don't think many people are testing their 'summer colds'..  SO... virus on 'Stealth Mode'.  Hear tale also of a Mex woman fussying over a friend's coughing child & yeah,  face-face contact w lil incubator will get u sick..  Add the 2 Independence Day gatherings &  the tsunami of peeps saying they are arriving in July from States per 'friendlies' FB group.. & I say B4/B5 variants are here - very contagious. Previous vax no help at all.  It's Back.....

You do realize that Mexican "pharmacists" are basically just salespeople in.white jackets, right? It isn't like Canada where pharmacists go through years of schooling, talk to customers about the medications, and give you a print-out of contraindications and minor and majorly dangerous side effects.

Anti-viral drugs are heavy duty. You don't just buy and take them as if it were an ibuprophen.

Agreed. And I can also say that the better educated Pharmacists in Canada make mistakes because sometimes they just don't know enough. Happened to me but I noticed the pills were different and informed the Neurologist who sent a rather scathing letter to the owners of the drug store.

Next week I have an appt with my dr. And I’ll be asking him for the ok to take Paxlovid. I already have test kits with me.
