With the Win 10 Defender virus program I am unable to download my CFE bill to print. Defender blocks the pdf file as a virus. Is there anyway to turn off Defender so I can dowmload and print CFE docs?

I suggest you Google "how to turn Defender off" for detailed instructions.

Sorry, but I don't know how to turn it off.....but.....

If you are in your CFE account and scroll down just a bit, on the right hand side of the page is 'Estados de cuenta'.
Below that is a list of your bills in pdf form. Click on the one you want. On my computer I 'Open with' Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
Then find wherever it says print and bring up that screen. Change the 'printer' to Adobe pdf or Microsoft print to pdf or whichever you show on your computer....if you want to save a copy to your computer. Otherwise, just print it from there to your actual printer, which should be listed.
Hope this helps.

It's a pretty safe bet that no anitivirus tool is ever going to flag a PDF file as a virus. Dave's advice is golden. If you need more help, PM me.
