Scanner app for phone? Empty Scanner app for phone?

I need a scanner application for my smartphone. Can anyone recommend a good app? I have a Samsung android. Free apps are nice, but I'm happy to pay for one that has good functionality and most importantly, is easy to use and not confushing. Thanks.
