CFE was out for an hour... Empty CFE was out for an hour...

And just came back on. It must have been a transformer very close to me because the noise was three times as loud as the loudest cohete that I've ever heard. I reported it to CFE using 071 on my cell phone and described the location and got a reporting number. One hour? That's the fastest they're ever fixed a problem. I'm cautiously impressed.
