Coffee Hour

I'm heading into Chapala and want to know if anyone would like to meet up at the Coffee Hour? We can look at the damage from last night. I've only got a 2 hour window so don't delay. Hope to see you there.

Chapalagringa you need to post the time you are going in future. C Bob's web board has a different time than we do here so I had no idea what time you were talking about. I would have met you if it was after my plumber's work here.

If you are not logged in, it will show an incorrect time.

If you are logged in and have set the correct time zone in your profile, the posting time reflected on your screen will be the correct time in your particular area.

Thanks, I didn't realize we could change our time zone. Have done it now.

Just got home late, so sorry.

Let's try it again, I'm in. I have to be rather spontaneous but will do my best.

What day would work best for you simpsca? Must be in the afternoon.

I live in SJC and have the plumber coming again tomorrow and Thurs. Then we have the holiday Friday and traffic will be nuts along the fish restaurants in San Juan Cosala. I was in town today - went to Soriana's. Didn't do any touring of the damage except noted the light downtown wasn't working. So for me has to be Tues. Wed. or Thurs. next week. The holiday traffic should be over by then. Any time is OK with me - just tell me the time and I'll be there - let's not rely on our chat board time even though I did update it.

Remember I'm in San Juan Cosala and it can take more than 1/2 hour to get to Chapala.

When someone says, "2PM" it's local time, not webboard time.

Sounds good.

Everyone is welcome! Please don't be scary looking, hah! I know what you look like simpsca. I'll wear a blue tie dyed blouse, jeans, no shorts....adding details to humor myself. I'm a gringa typically with a big smile, and if waiting alone, may be reading from a pink iphone.

Where is the Coffee Hour? I know Chapala pretty well but there are some new places I don't know.

The Coffee Hour is near the big fountain at the street light. Just a few locales from the furniture store heading towards the lake. There's two coffee shops near there. La Fuente, on the corner, which I adore the owner but the fraps have shrunk over the years. Today's frap was huge at Coffee Hour and the prices are very reasonable. There are several chairs and tables outside.
