Might be able to make it. All depends on our tile shopping. Very bad situation with some saltillo tiles on our terrazza. Very sad, they all have to be ripped up and new ones put in. This time ceramic. I'll check back to see which day you are going to do this.

2:30pm on Friday?! One of the issues that the younger crowd has with area events is that they are timed with retirees in mind. Someone who is not retired, and working during the day needs activities that occur in the evenings, or on weekends. I would love to get out and meet some more people here in Chapala. Any chance of doing a Saturday morning coffee, or Friday happy hour?

This week it'll have to be at my house on Friday. Those who would like to come I'll pm directions.

KBIOhio, yes, absolutely could do something like that in the future and totally understand. Actually, if you want to start a new thread with a date, time, & place I would think that others would join you even if I couldn't make it.

Eventually I'll get my life back on track and will come by for coffee. Still caring for hubby who is doing great at the six week mark after the operation. I'm bagged.

Yes, it'd slipped my mind that your dh is in recuperation! Wow, glad to hear he's doing well! Can he swim??? Is that something helpful? Or, I suppose getting in and out of a pool would be an issue. I noticed that the Riberas lap pool has a hoist.

The swimming may very well be an option for exercise but not quite yet...he sure isn't going to be jogging any time in the next century :)

Traffic has not been too bad at all. There were police standing at certain streets in Chapala to make sure it was flowing.
