CBD, legal in Mexico or legal in the State of Jalisco?

I know others on this board will have better information on this that what I have .....
Is CBD legal in the State of Jalisco?

And, can this be discussed on-line. I was told by one person that it cannot be discussed on-line because it is not legal. Since I don't have a 'clue', I'm asking here ....

I see it advertised on FB and sold openly on the Ajijic plaza so I assume it's legal in oil form.

well, that might only mean that they sell it openly until they get caught. I'm interested if it is actually legal or not. thanks.

I have ordered CBD oil (concentrated in a syringe) from healthyhempoil.com and it arrived via post. It made it through customs no problem and that was in 2015.

that's really interesting ... about the same time I ordered medication, tablet form, for MY DOG, and it got held up in customs for weeks and weeks.

No one has responded so far about what was legal and when? There's an admin of another board who says it is not 'legal' .... I don't want to argue with the person, just hunting for the facts. Much better than arguing.

Many admins make shit up according to their own opinions. Could be they just don't want to deal with all the yakkin' about it.

I am waiting patiently for Mexico to catch up. It's not that they don't have the products. It's that the products are not third party tested nor do they give the concentration. It's a start anyway.

Dr. Justina I know, so I'll check with her and order from the on-line business ... and see what happens. It's always a concern when you ingest something.

IF you are taking CBD (also THC), it is best to apply UNDER the tongue then lower your tongue and let it absorb into the big veins under your tongue directly into the blood stream. Five to ten minutes will do the trick. Ingesting it is basically taking the long road home and it ends up going through the liver to get to where you need the help.

I just ordered from them too and it is on it's way via Fed ex. Doubt they would courier illegal counterband.
