*Note: Flu & Pneumonia may be taken together
Shingles, DPT, and Typhoid cannot be taken with any other shot

Pneumonia for Life (Prevnar 13) 1,700 pesos
Pneumonia - 5 year (Pneumovax) 650 pesos
Typhoid (Typhim) 750 pesos
DPT (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) 650 pesos
Shingles vaccine (Zostavax) 2,350 pesos

Hepatitis series NOT available until 2019

Diabetes/Glucose Screening : 9:30 – 1:00 free Patio
*Note: Fasting preferred, but if diabetic, it is best to stay with routine. Notify nurse if fasting or meal has been eaten.
