LCS HEALTH DAY

Shots (pay the day administered ) - Patio area 9:30-1:00

The following shots will be offered. Pricing will be listed when available.
Must sign up in the LCS office for Tetanus, Shingles, and Typhoid shots.
Flu
Pneumonia for Life (Prevnar 13)
Pneumonia - 5 year (Pneumovax)
Typhoid (Typhim)
DPT (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis)
Shingles vaccine (Zostavax)
Hepatitis series NOT available until 2019

Blood Pressure Check: 9:30 – 1:00 free Patio

Diabetes/Glucose Screening: 9:30 – 1:00 free Patio
*Note: Fasting preferred, but if diabetic, it is best to stay with routine. Notify nurse if fasting or meal has been eaten.
