Re: Code Purple!
Urban.... Fort Collins, north of Denver and home to Colorado State University. 165,000 souls in town and another 25,000 students....and growing too fast.
I don’t doubt that there are pockets/regions and maybe even states where healthcare is not as I ‘enjoy’ here. But I don’t think that painting a picture of NOB being a wasteland is an accurate picture to paint.

Not yet, anyway. What does this care cost you? Insurance, copays, supplemental policies etc.

Re: Code Purple!
Rather than hijack RV’s Post, I’ll send you the information about Medicare Advantage programs...

Re: Code Purple!
It's already been hijacked, sorry RVG.
Yes, I know about those programs, I worked at Kaiser for a few years. I suppose if one has to live in the US they are the best deals but I think they nickle and dime pts to death and it all adds up.
I have no plans to ever return to the US, I prefer Mexican medicine.
Glad you're better RVG. Take good care.

Re: Code Purple!
Well, I’ve had Medicare Advantage policies for 13 years and I’ve never felt like I was being nickeled and dimed. Based on my experience I would much rather do it this way than pay $200-$250 per month for a Gap policy. YMMV
