To be kind, the food there is uninspiring.
Tell us if any food court offerings have ever "inspired" you?

The Goa in Guadalajara is a stand alone, sit down restaurant. And the food served at Qim in the Galerias mall is quite acceptable. While not exactly authentic Chinese they use very fresh ingredients and it is well prepared. I have often seen lines of over 30 customers there while the rest of the many others have just a few. I look forward to having lunch there, so yeah, it inspires me.

I misread your first post and thought you were referring to the food court place.
I agree that the Chinese place in the Galerias mall is well above the usual fare, but I'm seldom there.

Goa has several locations and I have only been once to the one on Nino Heroes and it was OK, but I'm not an expert or aficionado of Indian food.
Qin is a chain and the only place I would go for Chinese, authentic or not. Some people from Guadalajara say that Min Wah, locally, is better than any sit down Chinese restaurant in GDL, so that tells me something. Haven't been to P F Chang so can't comment there.

I went for curry again yesterday and he had 2 vegetarian curries. He loaded up my plate with the new one and it was soooooo good! Delicious. Hope he makes it regularly.
There were lots of people, looked like Tapatios mostly, eating in the food court yesterday at comida time but no one in line for curry and Raj (?) said it was slow yesterday for them.

Several people who have been to the P F Chang in GDL have been disappointed. Said it was pricey, too. If Min Wah is a measure, I'll skip Chinese sit downs there, too.
