New 10 year temp visa
What is this about a new ten year temp resident visa? It is from someone not normally known for accurate legal advice, but he does have some old legal connections in Mexico City.

Re: New 10 year temp visa
It was in the "ask Luis" column in today's PV Mirror. It should be a ten year visitor's visa and it is really a non issue to help people who travel frequently to Mexico from countries which normally need a visa for each trip. Canada, U.S.A. and Brits do not require a visa. The U.S.A. already has a similar visa. Each trip is supposed to be a max of 180 days. There is an income requirement and you must prove you have traveled to two non-adjoining (to Mexico) countries on that passport.
