ONE FOR THE LEGAL MIND
An acquaintance of mine was bragging over a few brews that he was permanente, and had just applied for the 4 year tourist . He said he reported his passport lost/stolen, and had just received a new one. The new one has a different number than the lost/stolen, and he will have TIP for 4 more years on different vehicle.
What are the odds he will be caught? What is the potential penalty in MX.?
TIA

I don't know what it is called Rolly, other than he is not going to immediately apply for permanente, using his new passport, and he had 4 years to do so under new laws from INM. He claims everything from our side is tied to our passport number.
Whole thing has me confused.
