Because in Mexico it is when they take lunch??? It was always busy back home around lunchtime too.

We're usually out at that time, but it was exceptionally heavy in both directions. Roosevelt school and Terranova school kids get out at that time too with parents picking them up.

It's always busy then. Plus school just got out and parents are picking up their kids.
