Thanks ferret. I'm taking probiotics NOW.

I had never heard about probiotics until 5 years ago, after treatment for E-coli, Dr. Lastra in Ajijic prescribed them for me. They were quite expensive here....I remember they were made in Milan, Italy.

Now they are easily available in the US, at low cost.

In hindsight, it makes perfect sense to take them after any round of anti-biotics.
