land prices in town

Does anyone know who can give me information on prices of land/lots in Ajijic, in the town.....

Do you mean in the village or outside the village or in outlying areas around Ajijic? View lots on the mountainside are premium and cost more per m2. Lots in Riberas, San Antonio and SJC should always be less.

Suggest you Google chapalamls.com to look at lots.

If you click on the above link, you will see 236 lots listed. Then if you click on the individual properties, you will see the price and a calculation of the price per m2.

WOW!!! Most are teeny, tiny lots and the others that aren't in mediocre locations that are overpriced compared to what I paid 10 years ago.

Land prices and good land must have skyrocketed.

I paid approx $ 113 US a m2 for a view lot in a great location.
