My own Hot Wings; Hot Sauce (My mouth is watering already!) C1CA_4F53C3F3

This is my own recipe,

Hot Wings; Hot Sauce
1 ½ cup Sriracha HOT chili Sauce (Huy Fong Foods, Inc)
¼ cup ketchup
1 stick salted butter
¼ cup brown sugar
1 Table spoon white vinegar
2 Table spoon very finely chopped onion
1 medium sized Jalapeño pepper finely chopped (2 and leave seeds if you want really HOT)


Add everything into sauce pan and leave over very low heat until hot.
If you want the flavors to meld cook for at least an hour. The longer the better because the thicker the sauce the better it sticks to the chicken.
After all this is done heat deep fryer to 360 to 365 degrees Fahrenheit.
Deep fry chicken wings until crispy brown take out and put into bowel with paper towels to drain.
Place wings into a Rubbermaid bowl with lid; pour on sauce, place lid on shake very well.

Serve with celery slices with blue cheese dressing on the night of “The Big Game!” Beer Your husband and friends will be forever in your debt!

If you’re like me and love more sauce then serve plain wings on plate and pour sauce in small bowel for dipping and dredging the wings through.

Note: you also can use skinless chicken breasts cut into long pieces about as wide as two fingers or two inches. Cook and serve the same way.

Now, Dawg is a huge fan of hot chicken wings but wouldn´t toilet paper work better with bowel drainage than paper towels?

I don´t normally cook hot chicken wings at home but enjoy them at Wing´s Army in Ajijic. The staff at Wing´s army does have an extra spicy hot wing sauce which is pretty good but only if if you request it. While I don´t deep fry, perhaps some wings under the oven broiler might be good with your sauce but using habañeros rather than jalapeños as the bite is half the fun.

Mutt, check out the Clemente Jacques Habaneros Molidos salsa. It comes in a funky orange colored squeeze bottle but you can't judge the salsa by its container. It's good straight or for adding heat to other sauces. I use it instead of diced jalapeños on hot dogs. Should work great for wings.

HOT SAUCE... snork..

Try this:

1 cup Rooster Brand Chili Sauce ( X Gung Ho Imports )
1 cup Louisianna Hot Sauce ( to cool it down some )
1 cup melted butter
bout 1/2 cup white vinegar ( to taste )

For kick... add ... dried, ground chili, jalapeno seeds

WARNING: U need Beer.... lots of em!!

Paper Towels are the quicker picker upper.... shit tickets are for sumthin else entirely!!
