WINGS

I stopped at Wings for a quickie meal today, and was shocked when I got the bill. I've had their burgers n fries.....79 pesos, but tooo much food for me. I ordered without looking @ menu....small order of wings, 2 corona ....sticker shock...143 pesos.....seemed a bit expensive...guess I need to get out more.....

Did that include the tip?

Chris, You are TFF. I cheaped out and left 15 pesos.... so 158 pesos....total....even though I was the only one there....wonder why?, and had to walk back inside as she was on her laptop.

Monday and Thursday 2 for 1 beers, Wednesdays 20 wings for price of 10. Better to go promo days with a group, was there last night, friends bought me most of my drinks.

You could have eaten a Dinner at one of the better Ajijic restaurants or a pizza at Junky Monkey for that much.

Check out the "seasoned wings" at Puritan Chicken place at Bubba's restaurant. Order them in advance and pick them up and take home and BBQ. They are great! When picking them up, go into Bubba's at the back and grab a litre of baked beans and coleslaw - instant dinner!

Guiness, Puritan provides wings to many restaurants @ Lakeside.....best to order in advance of special events.....last Super Bowl they were sold out for days.

Correct................we always call two or three days ahead. They are soooo good!
