Forum name change

One of the members has suggested that we change the name of the forum to something less clinical. I think it is a great idea. I am open to name suggestions. We'll take them all, create a poll and have a vote. Sounds like fun so let's hear em.

Hmmm.....Canadian twist eh. Informational is an actual word but I had intended it as a twist to International...........Geesh Sparks I thought you would have got that one.....hehe.

My suggestion is Lake Chapala's Gringo Gulch "A place for gringo's and gringo wannabes"

While I do not have a suggestion for a name, I do think it should be something that the pupblic out there, specifically those NOB, would find very easily should they google Chapala, Lake Chapala, expat, whatever, so they can find us. It seems we are not really out there, many of those who are on TOB are on there due to the fact they could not find us!!! I believe many who are go to TOB do so because they do not realize there is another game in town.

Be sure to keep Lake Chapala in the name so that Google and other search engines will pick it up.

I guess I'm the odd one out (what else is new) but I think the original name should be the easiest to find via google. The subforums are another matter but the point is to get people here via search.

Just did a google search "Moving to Lake Chapala" and this forum came up first after 2 ads.

Lake Chapala Jalisco, Mexico's Gringo Ghetto Get-Away .....
