Whenever they could they would beat them. All in one room, barefoot because the first thing the narcos do is take away their shoes so they can not escape, of course they hid the shoes.

Without eating, because they gave them nothing, and were beaten if they asked for food, plus they shouted that they need not eat because they were going to die..............

You need to get a grip and realize what is going on John. All this denial is continuing to make you look foolish.........

So far, John has made 1346 posts. Many, many more since the "troubles", and nothing particularly useful since his information sources are very limited.
John is ranting. Could happen to anybody when they get too wound up in a subject.

Take a deep breath, John: consider that there is nothing whatsoever you can do about what's going on, and saying someone should have his lower appendage removed is just ......useless.

Sometimes it's good to just take a break from reading about all this. Seems like a good time about now.

David - I don't deny it, but that's something the cartels do, so I'm not advocating it as it has been done before in countries, like Mexico.

You don't see the kind of butchering in the US that you see here. Or is it a Latin American thing? I really don't know.
