Shrimp anyone?
Just watched a news clip about the cost of seafood rising in the U.S and noticed the price for medium shrimp was $12.95 a pound. Wow, the price for large shrimp in Chapala is $4.61 a pound.

Since the source of Lakesides shrimp is the Pacific there shouldn't be any problem.....hmmm until the impact of no shrimp in the Gulf becomes a reality. Do you think the price will rise then?

Yeah...I think the ripple effect will be wide spread. Bummer all around and I really feel for the people who make their living on the Gulf Coast. BP has not been the most forthcoming with help..either with the clean up or hiring the fishermen or making up for their lost revenues. Sucks.

I think BP will be long bankrupt before this is over leaving the US government holding the bag. What more can happen to poor Louisianna........

Louisianna has really gotten more than their share of disaster...but they're not the only ones...just the ones you hear about the most. It's coming ashore in Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. REALLY sucks.
