Amazon Mexico back in Spanish on ipad

On both of my iPads I have had this site set in English. Suddenly today on one IPad it’s in Spanish and when I went to settings to change it to English it said Amazon Mexico is only available in Spanish ad wouldn’t switch to English. I contacted customer support and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about.
It’s automatically in English on my other iPad so this has me stumped.

Amazon Mexico is only available in Spanish. It was your web browser that was converting it to English. Something has changed in your browser on that one iPad.
