I was stuck at Walmart heading west on the carretara and sat still for 25 minutes. Finally turned Around and got home via the streets. Traffic police all over the place. What was the occasion? Cheers,

It is the Saturday before Christmas. So, regular weekend winter traffic on steroids.

When we went through around 11:30, there were traffic police at all the lights, a large crowd at the new auditorio and the traffic was moving better than usual for a Saturday!
