Seemed like it was the hottest day of the year so far, is that right?

What ever happened to the good weather link, this one is not very good?

Hey it's not just your area! We melted today here in Northern Mississippi. It felt like the middle of summer and it's going to stay this way for the rest of the week. We missed the record hi by one degree! Not happy making!!!!!!!

what pleases and amazes me is how quickly it cools down here once the sun has set. during the night the temps drop greatly which makes for good sleeping. much, much better than florida, for example, where the "swing" in the temperature was maybe a whopping 5 degrees Fahrenheit!

Not only did it set an annual high, it was hotter than any day last year as well.

But of particular note is that it ALSO set a low for humidity...all of 8%!!

Now compare that to the coast...no wonder I'm leaning towards Chapala versus Puerto Vallarta...this fat boy sweats far too much...

Hmmm, where'd you get your data? I don't know the high for last year but for sure it was much hotter sooner and longer than this year. Local high was 90.3F. Currently 82.2F and 24% RH at 2:30PM.

Last years high was 90.2, April 28th. I was there at the time!

Yep me too although it didn't seem that hot with the lower humidity.

2009 high was 90.1 on April 28...this year on May 23 was 90.3.

2009 low humidity was 13.0% on April 24...this year was 8.0% on May 23.

Seriously, I'm not making this up.

I'm probably using the same source of info as everybody else, just finding some obscure details...

Also when people check "Weather Underground" etc' for Guadalajara they look at forcast instead of "HISTORY"
