That was an interesting chart and I went to find it. What is interesting is of the the top five emission producers, only India is still growing while the others have cut emissions. That is a good trend.

I wouldn't believe any stats given for China or Russia...these totalitarians states do NOT share reliable data. India is pretty damn iffy these days given their right-wing nutbar populist leader, Modi.
