Mexican Covid proof of vaccination card

I thought I read somewhere that there is a wallet sized POV available somewhere. Anyone know of this?

We took the printed on line version to Mail Boxes etc. and they made a laminated wallet size.
Can't remember the cost but it was extremely reasonable.

Does IShop also do this? Where is MailBoxes located? Thanks for any info.

So they shrink that huge full page down to a credit card size? How about the QR code? It works that small?

Yes Ishop will shrink it down and laminate it to wallet size. QR code is there. 40 pesos.

The EU has an international vaccination card and QR code. The United States does not have an international card and this is causing problems for some travelers. Don't know about Canada.

The shrink down version is not a certificate but would probably do at a venue where you had to show proof of vaccinations. It would not work for travel.

I got my CDC card laminated @ Ishop, but it is passport size.  Isn't the QR code mostly for use on your phone, anyway?  I don't envision the US issuing QR codes anytime soon. I did hear that in NYC, to get into a restaurant, showing proof of vaccination just means flashing your phone with a photo of a vax card (not necessarily your own) - gets you in. That leads to an understanding of current fulminating situation, wherever vax mandates exist.

If you laminate a card be sure it is a copy. Remember as you get a booster shot or other shots, they will need to be added to your CDC card and they cannot do this if it is laminated.

The EU has a QR code they use in all the EU countries. The USA does not have an international QR code and I don't think Mexico does either. The scanner the EU uses will not open QR codes from the USA. My wife is in Germany now and so far they have accepted she has a QR code from the states, a CDC card and her USA passport.

The Mexican government vaccine certificates have a QR code.
