Baked Beans

Was not sure where to post this---Restaurants or Out on Mirador.
Since there are only two of us many times we must purchase larger items of food because that is what is available. That said does anyone know whether canned baked beans (Bush Country Style) can be frozen for later use not in the can but leftovers. I do so hate to waste food. TIA Barbara

I’m by myself so anything cooked and not eaten is put in a sealable bag and frozen. Sealing is important so the food doesn’t dry up. I do the same with avocados and bananas that ripen before I can eat them.
