I've been contending that these "massive system failure" notifications everytime Telmex goes down was really them taking the system down in order to install the new equipment that they have been bringing in to improve the speed. I always check my speed and when we came back up today, I was 50% faster on the download. Went from an avg 19 down to 29 down. Very happy

My Telmex is fine in Riberas.
And I just switched over to iLox and it's fine too.
