As far as I can determine, there are only a couple of N/S streets in SAT that don't have workman digging up the pipes. Maybe it's because we have no water in SAT. Jesus Garcia is open but is one way going north. Maybe the street west of the Coke plant is open, don't know. I went the wrong way a a number one-way streets to get home.
