Register out of state car

I am moving from Sinaloa to Jalisco. My car is register/plated in Sinaloa. Anyone know how I change registration to Jalisco? Thanks.

Paul, I used Spencer McMullen's office to get me through the hassles of going into Tonala at the crack of dawn...waiting in this line, then onto the next line, etc, etc.
Be sure you have all your original papers..factura, etc. Not expensive.
