Dr. Claudia Plancarte Fuentes - New GERIATRIC specialist at CHAPALA MED

Dr. Claudia Fuentes is a medical graduate of the University of Guadalajara and has done her post-graduate training in Geriatrics and Palliative Care at the University of Barcelona, Spain. Dr. Fuentes is certified by the Mexican Counsel of Geriatrics and is a member of the National College of Geriatric Medicine.She is uniquely trained and qualified to handle cases and provide care to patients when they most need comfort and guidance, during the twilight of their lives.  She is extremely thorough and caring. Her warm smile and caring bedside manner makes her an ideal addition to the CHAPALA MED team of doctors.

She will be working closely with Dr. Adrian Chaurand Morales and Dr. Santiago Hernández on cases that require Palliative Care as well. Dr. Claudia will be holding regular office hours at Chapala Med in the near future. She holds office hours on Wednesdays 10 am - 5 pm and COMPREHENSIVE HOME VISITS by appointment.
