How is Delicia's food and service

Recent reviews on Delicia's please. Last I heard their service was pretty slow.

Last time there, before Christmas, Sunday morning, family gathering, about 10 or 12 people, we arrived at 10AM, we all left at 12:10 PM, no food, not even beverages, excuse was "we are just so busy".  
That was the second time of terrible service.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
That don't fly when you have half a dozen hungry kids.

They should be operating a taco stand with a limit of one patron at a time.

No it doesn't fly and it was a shame that they spoiled your family get together. I was hoping things had improved since the last time I was there on a Sunday the music was so loud that we couldn't have a conversation.
So, what happened? New manager? New owner? New staff? It used to be such a delightfully efficient restaurant with excellent food.

Too bad. It used to be very efficient and good, but several months back the service had failed.

I thought the food was good at a good price. service was good.was not rushed

Food is good and servers nice but they are always slow whether there are 3 tables or 100. I imagine they process one order at a time so the cook prepares an omelette and then after hash browns, I think they have no clue what multitasking is, many leave frustrated after being there an hour with no food but it seems to be a Chapala thing, many places lag with food.
