Cheap but good?  Not likely.
I hope you're signed up with Seguro Popular, amigo. You may otherwise be in for a pricey ride. Seguro Popular has newer facilities locally and they do take people with pre-existing conditions. That's cheap or free health insurance.  Best of luck.

I believe Chapala Med has a neurologist that works there a couple of days per week. Probably won't cost a whole lot for an initial consultation. Who sent you for the cat scan?

Verela is local, seen him at Maskaras.

I don't think I've ever seen the words "cheap, good, neurologist" in one sentence before. . .

Usually, a cat scan or an mri comes with a written report of the results that any Doctor can read and understand. It would normally be only if you wanted a second opinion that you would need someone that understands what they're seeing.
