Looking for bi-lingual help Empty Looking for bi-lingual help

Post by otrocanuck Thu Feb 06, 2014 7:25 pm

I have a small business in Chapala and am looking for someone who is bi-lingual to help with phone calls in Spanish only. Also to enhance the customer base of Spanish speaking customers.
We have a good English speaking clientele side to our business but have not been able to develop the Spanish speaking side. This is due to our own inability to speak Spanish effectively and being unfamiliar with Mexican culture and where to advertise to our Spanish speaking clients.
The right person will be supplied with a cell phone which you will be required to carry it at all times, and to answer all of our Spanish speaking inquiries. You can work from home or anywhere that works for you, as long as you can answer the cell phone when needed.  Can easily be done in conjunction with another job.

The job pays a commission based on the number of clients you bring to our business, and there is lots of room to improve the current amount of business we are doing with the Mexican community.

Pm me for more information or to meet and discuss this.

There may also be a chance to do a "Co-Op" with several other hotels and B&B's who have the same language barrier. You could have a central switchboard for everyone involved and maybe employ someone fulltime?
