Looks like the person who's been managing my property is getting fat off real estate and no longer wishes to manage properties as well - so I'm in the market for a property manager.

Tennant is in place - just looking to ensure they stay happy and receive support when they need it while we're out of the country.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Victor from Hacienda Property Management. He had a terrible health scare a year+ ago, but is back.
He did an excellent job with our property, for five years, while we were still living north.

Recommend Becky at Quality Management... She is our property manager and worth her weight in gold... She has lived here 35 years and has an established following...766-1670

I highly recommend Ms Ana Maria as a Property Manager.  I've known her for years and she is very competent who pays good attention to details and speaks good English.
