Clothing manufacturer in San Juan Cosala

Did I imagine a blurb somewhere about a place/outlet for women's clothing in San Juan Cosala? Any help appreciated!

And what kind of clothes? Are you talking about manta cloth clothes? If so, I've been looking for that place for years and always heard it was in San Luis Soyatlan. Good that you found it!

Well,I haven't found it physically....just the post about it. Next is a trip out there to see what I can find. I'll post the result.

I lived in Joco for 4 years and never saw it there. Hope you find it. I had also heard it was the one that opened up on the highway close to the carnitas place next to La Cristina. I will be counting on you for the truth! lol

Manta del Lago sells those clothes. The store is right here in Ajijic, on Colon just below Ocampo/Constitution.

I went to the store/factory in San Luis Soyatlan 6 or 7 years ago and was pretty underwhelmed. YRMV

What was underwhelming: selection, quantity, quality, price?

And what part of SL? Or where in SL?

I have been there San Luis Soyatlan, twice and they have loads of stuff and a room to try things on, Prices were really good. It was manta with all kinds of fancy machine embroidery on it.

I would think that if you went to their retail outlet in Ajijic They would give you exact directions to their factory/outlet. Please check that out and keep us posted. Their website is pretty good and at least shows their product line.
