Have had a bilingual fellow named Ruly out to quote the roof repairs. Anyone here used him? His ad says a 3 year guarantee.



Any additional people recommendations?

What kind of roof ??   If cement with impermeabilizante there are 3, 5, 7 and 10 year guarantees with the material.  Using cloth makes it stronger
