You are a great guy Jim, RV is a great guy too. You both write many posts online even when things are slow on the boards. You both live close to each other in AZ. I just thought lunch and cocktails since you two share the fact that neither of you live in Mexico any longer.

Last weekend, we were thinking about “the good old days in Chapala“. Our temperatures outside were 100+ and out AC quit. No instant service was available, so we turned on the fans as the inside temperature climbed to 86F the first day, and 88F by the time the technician arrived on the second day. Murphy‘s Law dictates that these things always happen on weekends. Now, we are cool again, but didn‘t even want to wiggle fingers on the keyboard too much in the heat.

Still confused playaboy......what is your point? I still own my home @ Lakeside......hopefully closing next month! My wife and I have lived @ Lakeside since Nov. 2005. We plan to be back. Assuming I beat the Cancer hand I've been dealt. So, WTF?

In about 6 years frequenting these boards as I ( laughingly ) research my Mexinan Investment.... RVGringo was one of the few you could depend on for accurate information.... he and Rolly ( RIP )....
