CFE problem resolved
I posted awhile ago that CFE changed one of my meters to the new monthly card reading do it your self system.
My cancellation of the "new" service that requires the card reading was returned to the normal bi-monthly system without a glitch. I never lost power. I called the central number 071 and went to the local Jocotopec office. I am now able to pre-pay my account again and received a delivered bi-monthly bill.
