BIZZARE PROBLEM Empty BIZZARE PROBLEM

For the last few days, when I attempt to sign in, my location is shown as "Istambul". Never been there or used such an address, so WHY? I have to shut everything down, wait at least 5 minutes and try again. If I shut down and re-try right away, no luck. It's again "Istambul". It I wait the time, and if I'm lucky, my location shows up as Mexico. Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions?

Right now your IP address shows as the UK. Are you using a VPN?

Express VPN. Yes, but when it's on, it should show either the U.S or, when off: Mexico. Never used the UK, and never Istambul.

Well it shows the UK at the moment. Maybe a glitch in the VPN software.

Haven't the faintest idea why the UK should have come up. Never used it.

Good.  Maybe they fixed it.  This morning it didn't show me in Istanbul.
