A couple of years ago a european backed group where entering mexico telecomunications, they spent 700 million dollars in infrastructure only to be asked to pay 40.00 dollars per call from slim to use their networks for roaming in mexico. Equipment went to auction and was purchased by him for 200 million dollars.
