338 yachts seized by heavily armed marines

for allegedly not paying a $70 temporary import fee. that'll really help tourism-eh!

Some people complained how low taxes were. I don't agree with how it went down. Oh well,  hopefully this will be worked out. New Presidente higher taxes. Still not good.

People were simply not on their boat, despite their paperwork.
