As far as I know or have heard, they haven't any issues with the CAR/GIL assoc.
As far as individual recommendations or complaints...you will just have to wait for someone to come forward, which is something not everyone likes to do. They are a smaller and one of the newest members of the CAR, and possibly none of their clients/customers are reading this thread.
