Local petty crimes going on

 

David, Do you have conversations with 14 year old girls in spanish? the cashiers are your friends? I do not care less which one is the girlfriend. He was there Monday 4P.M. outside.

I have seen him washing cars in front of SL as well as begging, telling the people that they should give him money for new shoes as it is Christmas. Just because he doesn't have a badge doesn't mean he wont wash cars if he can.

But that can't be true because David said "he is NOT".

I don´t care if he is washing cars or begging, if I see him in a parking lot or out on the street by a business, I shop somewhere else.

Yeah, you know what they say, "day late and a dollar short" . . .

He was in front of Superlake three times in the last four days. Washing cars, directing traffic and being annoying. He damaged my vehicle a few months back when I wouldn't pay him for washing my car after I had told him no. Now when he is around i stand and watch my vehicle before I go into a store or I do not go in. He is creepy and dangerous.

In front of SuperLake this morning.

i gave him hell one day in front of farmacia guad...for trying to wash my car. i had told him no. that was the day he said he was leaving for NOB; of course he was there the next day. he's clearly very damaged emotionally/mentally. anyway, several months ago he tried to break into my car with a screw driver towards the top of the driver's door...it was parked in front of the little cafe that is next to tony's chicken place on the corner, near superlake. i wish the police would just take him in...they know who he is, and what he's always up to. there have been far too many complaints.

As we say in Belfast, "he's the type of guy who will steal the eye out of your head and come back and spit in the hole".

Complaints to owners of stores or to the police with follow up reports to the ministerio publico? It is a pain in the butt but making the proper reports will get this guy in jail.

good grief! what's the big deal and , in any event, what makes certain people targets for what seems to be petty irritations. is this thread going to be as long as the one a buncha ya got into about the nasty gringo[sarc] who who irritated ya all ta hell so deportation even was mentioned. been going to that parking lot fer years and don't even know what yer latest target looks like.

Spencer, I think the problem is that most of his acts are committed when no one is looking. It is difficult to say to the police that you KNOW it is this guy if you have not seen him do it. He, like most thugs, uses menacing and threatening looks and gestures--difficult to prosecute for that. The rest of the time he is just a sneaky, annoying pest who is impossible to get rid of so we learn to live with him as best we can.

What does a sneaky pest look like?

Go to teh SuperLake parking lot and you'll see one.
